Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy defines the conditions under which Hummand's products and services may be used. By accessing or using the services, you agree to what is written here.

2. Permitted uses

The services are intended exclusively for:

• Proving a person's presence, identity or authorization in acts with consequences, in the context of legitimate business or public services;
• Collecting consent per step and recording the act with the corresponding receipt;
• Integrating the proof into the client's own processes and controls;
• Research and development under prior agreement with Hummand.

3. Prohibited uses

It is forbidden to use Hummand's services for:

• Mass surveillance, unauthorized tracking or profiling without consent;
• Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or any characteristic protected by law;
• Fraud, identity falsification or any unlawful activity;
• Collecting or processing biometric data of persons under eighteen without adequate legal authorization;
• Treating the receipt as an anti-fraud report, a risk score or an estimate about the person; it records what happened, and the decision is the client's;
• Reselling or sublicensing the services without Hummand's express written authorization.

4. Client's responsibilities

The client is responsible for its use of the services and for ensuring that data subjects consent freely, in an informed and unambiguous way, under Law 13,709/2018 and the other applicable rules, and that the requested act has a declared, legitimate purpose.

5. Consequences of violation

Hummand may immediately suspend or terminate the access of anyone who violates this Policy, without prejudice to the applicable legal measures and to notifying the competent authorities.

6. Updates

This Policy may be updated. The version in force is always at hummand.com.br/politica-de-uso; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
